Wine

TarraWarra Estate Roussanne Marsanne Viognier is grown in a north facing estate vineyard with good air flow and exposure to sunlight. Steep slopes and clay loam soil provide excellent site drainage.

With a strong heritage in the Yarra Valley, these three Rhône Valley white varieties perform well on the estate. There are just two rows each variety.

The grapes are whole bunch pressed and fermented for 12 days with no skin contact. There is no malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks and seasoned French oak puncheons.

Pale straw, TarraWarra Estate Roussanne Marsanne Viognier is a savoury wine with lifted honeysuckle perfume, fine acidity, texture and length. Cellaring potential is three years.
